Nov 3 All Souls Day. At the Golders Green Crematorium, Martine's ashes were interred under her rosebush and the plaque with her name put next to it . The ceremony at 11am was a brief ceremony lasting ten minutes or so led by Anthony, assisted by Sebastien and Vincent, and twenty or so relatives and friends. Sep 9 Rosebush selected at the Golders Green Crematorium where Martine's ashes were buried on the 3rd November at 11am. The rosebush is in the nearest corner of the Kathleen Ferrier rose bush garden in the left hand corner of the memorial garden as you pass through the cloisters into the garden, near Vincent's right foot. 1 2
